Bring your bikes & the kids to join us during the School District’s FREE lunch in the park program for this one-day only chance to get some summer safety information, valuable coupons & prizes from area businesses, & participate in the BIKE RODEO obstacle course!

Free Senior Safety Workshops being offered!

Workshop Dates:

Friday, July 24th  9:00-11:30am    American Falls Senior Center

Thursday, August 13th  10:00-12:30pm    Aberdeen Senior Center

Friday, September 11th  9:00-11:30am    American Falls Senior Center

 

These workshops are being offered to help seniors and their families learn valuable information for safer at-home senior living. Please make plans to attend one of our upcoming free safe senior workshops, devloped in cooperation with Portneuf Meical Center. Our Director of Nursing will cover important senior safety topics, including:

  • HOME SAFETY
  • FALL PREVENTION & EXERCISES
  • MEDICATION SAFETY

 

A FREE meal will also be provided for all those who attend. Please register at the Senior Center. Space is limited.
