LABORATORY SERVICES

Our Lab is equipped to provide accurate and timely results to a wide variety of medical tests that are prescribed by your provider. We also have a special program called Direct Access Patient Testing. It is available year-round for patients to take advantage of certain tests without a doctor’s order, and at a reduced price. Forms are available at our facility or you can download and print a form. Please fill-out the information and bring in to our lab for testing. lab_copyPayments must be made in full at the time of testing. We will not process insurance claims for these reduced price tests. RADIOLOGY SERVICES

Harms Memorial Hospital provides a wide range of convenient radiology services available for patient testing. Please talk with your provider about scheduling any of the following tests here locally.xray_room_copy

  • Digital Radiology testing
  • CT Scans
  • Ultrasounds & Nuclear Medicine Testing- conveniently provided by Idaho Medical Imaging
