LABORATORY SERVICES
Our Lab is equipped to provide accurate and timely results to a wide variety of medical tests that are prescribed by your provider. We also have a special program called Wellness thru Direct Access Patient Testing. It is available year-round for patients to take advantage of certain tests without a doctor’s order and at a reduced price. Forms are available at our facility or you can download and print the following form. Please fill-out the information and present to the Admissions office for testing. 
Payments must be made in full at the time of testing. We will not process insurance claims or accept contractual allowances for these reduced price tests. To schedule an appointment or for questions regarding this program, please call 208-226-3203 ext. 202.

Harms Memorial Hospital provides a wide range of convenient digital imaging services available for patient testing. Please talk with your provider about scheduling any of the following tests here locally.
- Digital Radiology testing
- CT Scans
- Ultrasounds & Nuclear Medicine Testing- conveniently provided by Diagnostic Imaging
- MRI scans NOW Available by appointment
