Harms Memorial Hospital District’s Business Office handles all the claims processing for all District services, including the Hospital, Clinic, Nursing Home, and Outpatient procedures.
We strive to process your claims as accurately and quickly as possible. Our staff is happy to help answer questions. We also encourage you to contact our office, as soon as possible, to resolve any errors or questions found on your itemized statements and monthly bills.
We also may be able to assist you with any financial assistance programs available or setup individual payment arrangements, if necessary. Please contact our Business Office staff or a Patient Accounts Representative, at 208-226-3200, to find out more information or answer any of your questions.
To ensure faster and more accurate claims processing, we recommend the following, every time you come for services:
- Bring ALL your insurance cards.
- Reverify your personal and contact information with the admissions staff.
- Read & Sign all paperwork, please ask the staff if you have questions.
