Foundation Donations

The Harms Memorial Foundation has two Donation Program options that each help to make a continued difference in the lives of our patients and the medical care at Harms Memorial.

To participate in the Grateful Patient or Living Memorial Program, please call Susan Green Barger, Foundation Director, at 226-3206 ext. 136.

Grateful Patient Program

Patients of Harms Memorial Hospital District often ask how they can thank the wonderful medical professionals who take care of them when they use our health care facilities. A gift to the Grateful Patient Program, which honors those you wish to acknowledge, is a meaningful way to thank the doctors, nurses, therapists, medical technicians, and staff for the care they give.

When you donate to Harms Memorial Hospital District Foundation, you show your appreciation in a way that will help others receive the same level of care that you received.  Your support enhances the quality of care delivered at Harms by enabling us to purchase state-of-the art equipment, education materials for patients, and continuing education for our medical professionals.  Your donation also supports Harms’ ongoing effort to increase the number of healthcare services provided close to home.

Living Memorial Gift

Once a friend or loved on passes away, family members sometimes request that memorial contributions made in memory of their loved one be given to the charity of one’s choice.  We would like for you to consider, on these occasions, making the Harms Memorial Hospital District Healthcare Foundation your charity of choice.  A Living Memorial gift made to the Harms Memorial Hospital District Healthcare Foundation, Inc. is a testimonial to the meaningfulness of the life that has passed on.  It is a truly caring way to honor those you love and hold dear to your heart, as well as to make an investment in the lives of those who remain behind.
