Join us for this year’s Foundation Community Talent Show-  ’Good Ole Summertime Gala’ to showcase all the wonderfully talented individuals we have in our community.

Tickets are $8/each (children 6 & under are free)

Tickets are available for purchase from the Hospital, Rockland Pharmacy, AF Library, & Foundation members.

FREE Sports Physicals!

Harms Family Clinic’s Annual FREE Sports Physical Days

May 26th- boys & May 27th- girls

3:30-6:30pm each day

502 Tyhee Ave  American Falls

To save time, all students are encouraged to bring their completed IHSAA physical forms with them. Forms are available at the clinic or from School Athletic Directors. Harms Family Clinic offers physicals year-round by appointment and billed at the regular office visit rate.
